Readers’
Best and Worst of ’99 –
Jan Green, Somercotes, Derbyshire.
My best of ’99 has to be NSI Line Out.
It really does make fill-ins a lot quicker.
Also NSI Elation tips, once on the nails they almost become totally
invisible making blending a doddle. They’re
the first pre-cut well tips that I’ve come across that actually fit any
width nail. Lastly, Star Nails
new VF 21 Lyte range. A great acrylic product that I’ve found does not lift,
crack or pit – brilliant.
My worst of ’99 would have to be being told that I cannot
purchase Backscratchers range without training with them, even though I am
totally qualified.
You’ll find this is a common occurrence amongst many
product suppliers. Most of them
do a starter or tester kit so you can try before you train with them, it’s
often worth ringing to ask. Find
out if they do a ‘conversion’ course where full company training is often
not required for qualified techs. melle
